We do not charge any fee for cash deposit. However, your sending bank may charge you a fee, especially for an international payment.
It fully depends on your initiating bank. For CHF or Euro payments, it takes within the same business day. For SWIFT payments, one to three business days are required.
You can wire USD into the account denominated in other currencies. However, the intermediary bank will usually charge an implied forex fee.
It could be possible that your money has arrived Fiat24, but your account has not been credited, because your payment failed their compliance check.
A fee will be deducted for payments that violate Fiat24's rules and require manual AML check.
When making a cash deposit into Fiat24 account, the sender must specify the recipient's Country of Residence, which must match the country registered for the account holder's domicile address. So please provide the correct account holder's Country of Residence to the remitter. A fee of 25 EUR or CHF will be charged if the Country of Residence doesn't match.
The Recipient's Name must match the name of the Fiat24 account holder, so please provide the correct account holder's name to the remitter. If there is a clear discrepancy between the recipient name and the account holder's name, Fiat24 will charge a processing fee of 100 CHF for Swiss Franc payment, or 100 EUR for Euro payment.
If you received cash deposits from a bank from a , Fiat24 will charge a processing fee of 200 CHF for Swiss Franc payment, or 200 EUR for Euro payment.
The payment minus the processing fee will be credited to your Fiat24 account within 2 business days. Processing will take longer if your account or transaction involves suspicious activities, as this will require a more extensive manual investigation.
